i had to stain it this morning again before painting the square tiles to resemble that of the tiles of the Tuol Sleng Prison

acrylic and emulsion on coffee stained wood
140 x 160 cm

then i had to cut more wood to size so that it'll fit the angular section of the praxis before i pile anything on it. i had to take special care not to damage the new cement flooring.

i thought uncle was busy today but fortunately he came by at about 4pm to teach me how to mix the cement and sand.

uncle showed me a step or two and i continue from there. he even taught me how to break the brick to size for the odd ends. i really appreciate all the effort he has put to help me out with this. thank you uncle!



Librane was really sweet. They broke fast and she offered us the excess cakes from up above.
