BEHIND THE SCREEN: WANDERING SONS screenprinting demo & the celebration of ideas

In very short notice, Mandy, Derrick & I got invited to be screenprint artists as part of Wandering Sons Social Collective Performance, for the weekends till 19th Nov.

"Wandering Sons at Port Tumasik, located above straits records along Bali Lane, is designed as a social collective performance, incorporating 3 events; workshops, installation and lectures; lectures and discussions are given/hosted by practitioners in various industries. It highlights the need to liberate ideas from the idolizing of its founder or its deliverer;
that it is because of the importance that the idea was inevitably materialized. The ideas perceived
'good' or 'bad' from its beginning, progress and/or outcome, is the lesser as compared to how ideas
shaped our past, present and future. The project will take a targeted number of 200 volunteers/
participants through creating the art work to the presentation during the day of the main event."

Bring along friends, as it's not only for artists, it's to raise awareness to public and educate them about the less seen processes behind t-shirt printing, its history, as well as to celebrate ideas from revolutionary figures like John Winston Lenon(John Lenon), ,Agnes Gonxha Bojaxhiu(mother theresa),  Osama bin Mohammed bin Awad bin Laden(Osama bin Laden) and etc as we print their names on each shirt.
