Exhibition hopping

Made a trip down to LASALLE today to exhibition hop. First stop was Joanna's Rethink-Ordinary Exhibition closing at Sculpture Square.

I really enjoyed this piece, as welll as the black dress with soap buttons.




i took a slow walk to citylink mall, which led me to BeeLing's printmaking solo show in the tunnel.
I loved how the shadows created by the drypoint plates trick the eye.

Last stop was Ashley's set up in progress. She's been literally burning the midnight oil for this series of artwork installations, but it's paying off, as the passersby stand below the structures which successfully creates a surreal environment.

Ashley's exhibition, Small Worlds in the Explanade Theatre Street Cones will open from 1st March onwards! A Complimentary series of works, Bottom of the World, will also be featured in the Community Wall.
